- Strategic advisory on how to align the client’s offering with current and emerging interagency requirements and budgets; recommendations on marketing and business development approaches to DOD, the interagency, and potential commercial partners participating in existing programs of record.

- Acceleration of business development and sales support with DOD and the interagency to help the client achieve its USG sales and revenue objectives.
Deliverable: Direct services to include identifying sales opportunities at DOD and the interagency; assisting in developing briefing, sales, and marketing pitches; facilitating meetings with and presentations to key officials; facilitating the navigation and optimization of the FedBizOpps and RFP processes; and establishing relationships with key prime contractors serving programs of record.
- Acceleration of business development and sales support with allied governments, including respective national security sectors and civilian interagency (in compliance with ITAR).
